Alison Manahan, M.A. CCC-SLP

Ali received her undergraduate degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Saint Louis University. She also went to Saint Louis University for graduate school. She was a graduate student at the Walker Scottish Rite Clinic while in graduate school and loved her practicum at the Clinic during that time. After graduate school she worked in early intervention, schools and homes. Ali started working at the Clinic in 2010 because she believed in the Clinic’s values of working with families with young children. Ali is one of the speech pathologists that leads the KidTalk Language Group, teaches the “It Takes Two to Talk” Hanen Centre parent training program and provides individual screenings, evaluations and therapy. Ali is Hanen Certified in “It Takes Two to Talk”, as well as, PROMPT trained. She is a mentor to the National Student Speech Language Hearing Association at Maryville University and loves working with graduate students at the Clinic. One thing you might not know about Ali is that she is very crafty and has her own personalization business that she does for fun!
